1995年4月-1999年3月横浜市立大学国際文化学部専任講師Uchiyama Seiya, born in January 1961 in Niigata Prefecture, Japan. He graduated from the Graduate School of Letters, Waseda University in 1922 with a Ph.D. in Literature. His specialty is the study of Song Dynasty poetry. He previously served as an associate professor at Yokohama City University and is currently a professor at the Faculty of Education and Integrated Arts and Sciences, Waseda University. He is the editor-in-chief of "Olive," the journal of the Song Dynasty Poetry and Prose Research Association.
内山精也（Uchiyama Seiya），1961年1月生于日本新泻县。1922年毕业于早稻田大学文学院文学研究科，文学博士。专业是宋代诗歌研究,曾任横滨市立大学副教授，现为早稻田大学教育与综合科学学术院教授。宋代诗文研究会汇刊《橄榄》主编。
